Specific Engineering Corporation manufactures a wide range of twin cavity platten type as well as dome type mechanical presses, capable of generating closing force upto 350 tonns and above per mould.

All presses are conventional double ended Bag-O-Matic type with capability for segmented mould for radial tyre.

The robust design of BAGO presses are flexible so as to incorporate customer needs and cover the entire range of tyres from scooter, motorcycles, passenger car, LCV, truck and OTR.

Technical Description

Design of our presses is rugged and proven in industry. Our presses are adaptable to segmental molds. Basic structure is fabricated from M.S. Steel plates, Stress, relieved and machine on precision boring machine. Press is driven by high torque motor of reputed manufacture through precision gear box and precision hobbed gear and pinion.

Operation of press is fully automatic. The cycle time for opening, closing and curing is controlled through limit switch and electronic timer / PLC. Valves used are Vita / Rocky / Sasco make. Center mechanism is made from stainless steel material. Press is centrally lubricated

Machine Features

Single or double acting center mechanism offers precise control and maximum efficiency, advantage of quicker bladder change, reduced mould damage, increased bladder life, ease of maintenance and increased productivity. The rigid center post assures that the bladder is centered with green tyre and will remain centered during shaping and curing cycle. It located top clamp ring with upper tyre bead to assure tyre uniformity and positive bladder centering.

Since bladder is effectively retained at the bottom and top, the tyre is shaped in a concentric motion and ensures high bladder life.

The Piping is complete in all respect for internal curing, shaping, platen heating and hydraulic system with instrumentation to control the process electro-pneumatically in all respect as per P and I diagram.

The instrumentation Panel Can be operated in complete Auto / Manual / Hand Mode.
